Dr. Bhal, Kanika T (Ph.D., IIT/K)

A Ph D from IIT Kanpur, Dr. Bhal has been a Visiting Fellow at Sloan School of Management, MIT, Cambridge, USA, under UNDP fellowship. She has published over 64 paperss in refereed national and international journals and conferences. She has authored one and co-authored two books (published from Sage) and has done sponsored research for Dalmia Research Pogramme, MHRD, and GLOBE project with the Fordham University and Wharton Business School. She has been a consultant to various organizations like Fifth Central Pay Commission of India, First National Judicial Pay Commission of India, DRDO, UPSC, DGS&D and Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance. She has lectured overseas at the University of Lethbridge, Canada, and has conducted over a dozen training programs for managers in public, private and government organizations. Her current areas of interests include managerial ethics, leadership and culture.
